LolaDigital Mentoring Program
As part of LolaDigital offering, we are offering the opportunity for a selected group of women to apply and be selected to participate in 3 online sessions with a mentor for a month.
We aim to create a sustainable mentoring program that supports women entrepreneurs with personalized one-to-one mentoring to achieve their personal and digital business goals.
How will it work?
We are committed to supporting this mentoring program with a dedicated team that will provide personalized support to both our mentors and mentees as they progress in their 1-month journey.
Pre-Program:
- Qualify, select, and match
- Mentor Training – Webinar links and invites
- Mentors invite mentees – first mentoring session
Week 1-2:
- Outline an action mentoring plan together
- Define and measure what success looks like
- Checking in regularly
Week 3-4:
- Continuing to foster the 1:1 mentoring relationship
- Final meeting – Complete Mentoring Survey.
- Create a summary of mentoring goals and achievements
How will Lola Digital achieve success?
Wave 1: 1 month mentoring journey with 3 sessions.
- Length: 60 minutes
- Format: Virtual, through zoom or other platforms; individual – 1:1 Mentoring
Volunteer Mentoring Program comprised of committed mentors
Mentor
Each mentor will be a volunteer eager and interested to supporting micro-women entrepreneurs in each one of the program countries.
Each participating volunteer will be recruited, supported, and trained by the Accion LolaDigital team and will be responsible for attending a training session and learning the expectations for the mentoring program (materials for each session will be shared by Accion) and will schedule each one of the required virtual mentoring sessions. In addition, they will focus on fostering a 1:1 mentoring relationship to ensure successful mentoring goals are achieved and complete a mentor survey and session summary at the end of the program.
Mentee
Young women micro-entrepreneurs, from Mexico, Ecuador, Colombia, India and Nigeria. As part of the program, each mentee will be required to create a development plan outlining goals to achieve and discuss during the 1:1 session. Upon completion, each mentee will have the opportunity to fill out a mentee experience program survey.
